轉租人(以下簡稱甲方)、承租人(以下簡稱乙方),雙方就該房屋第一部分轉租事宜達成如下協議:

第二個轉租期從年到月,從年到月結束。第三條租金每月元,提前支付。
2元,轉租期滿無息返還。第四條轉租使用的限制。未經甲方同意,乙方不得將轉租房屋的全部或部分轉租、出借、轉讓,也不得以其他方式變相使用轉租房屋。乙方應在轉租期滿后將轉租的房屋轉讓并歸還,不得向甲方索要轉讓費或任何費用。
4。不得非法使用轉租房屋,不得存放影響公共安全的危險品。如需對轉租房屋內設施進行改裝,經甲方同意,乙方可自行安裝,但不得損壞原建筑物。乙方在歸還轉租房屋時有責任恢復原狀。第五條風險負擔乙方應當以良好的管理人的身份使用轉租房屋,因乙方過錯造成轉租房屋損壞的,應當承擔賠償責任,但自然災害和其他不可抗拒的情形除外。因自然損壞,必要時由甲方負責對轉租房屋進行維修。第六條違約責任1。乙方違反約定方式使用轉租房屋,或者逾期兩期以上的,經甲方催告,乙方仍不支付租金的,甲方可以在轉租期滿前解除租賃,乙方在租賃終止或轉租期滿后仍不歸還房屋的,乙方應自租賃終止或轉租期滿之日起支付租金一倍的違約金。第七條其他特殊事項轉租房屋的稅費由甲方負責,水電費由乙方自行承擔。乙方搬出時,遺留的家具、雜物未搬走的,視為廢棄,可由甲方處理;乙方有擔保人的,與擔保人承擔連帶責任。如果一方在本合同轉租期屆滿前終止租賃,必須征得另一方的同意。第八條出租人應當同意轉租人將租賃房屋的一部分轉租給承租人。本合同一式四份,雙方各執一份,共同擔保人執一份。P>
