轉(zhuǎn)租人(以下簡(jiǎn)稱甲方)、承租人(以下簡(jiǎn)稱乙方),雙方就該房屋第一部分轉(zhuǎn)租事宜達(dá)成如下協(xié)議:

第二個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)租期從年到月,從年到月結(jié)束。第三條租金每月元,提前支付。
2元,轉(zhuǎn)租期滿無(wú)息返還。第四條轉(zhuǎn)租使用的限制。未經(jīng)甲方同意,乙方不得將轉(zhuǎn)租房屋的全部或部分轉(zhuǎn)租、出借、轉(zhuǎn)讓,也不得以其他方式變相使用轉(zhuǎn)租房屋。乙方應(yīng)在轉(zhuǎn)租期滿后將轉(zhuǎn)租的房屋轉(zhuǎn)讓并歸還,不得向甲方索要轉(zhuǎn)讓費(fèi)或任何費(fèi)用。
4。不得非法使用轉(zhuǎn)租房屋,不得存放影響公共安全的危險(xiǎn)品。如需對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)租房屋內(nèi)設(shè)施進(jìn)行改裝,經(jīng)甲方同意,乙方可自行安裝,但不得損壞原建筑物。乙方在歸還轉(zhuǎn)租房屋時(shí)有責(zé)任恢復(fù)原狀。第五條風(fēng)險(xiǎn)負(fù)擔(dān)乙方應(yīng)當(dāng)以良好的管理人的身份使用轉(zhuǎn)租房屋,因乙方過(guò)錯(cuò)造成轉(zhuǎn)租房屋損壞的,應(yīng)當(dāng)承擔(dān)賠償責(zé)任,但自然災(zāi)害和其他不可抗拒的情形除外。因自然損壞,必要時(shí)由甲方負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)租房屋進(jìn)行維修。第六條違約責(zé)任1。乙方違反約定方式使用轉(zhuǎn)租房屋,或者逾期兩期以上的,經(jīng)甲方催告,乙方仍不支付租金的,甲方可以在轉(zhuǎn)租期滿前解除租賃,乙方在租賃終止或轉(zhuǎn)租期滿后仍不歸還房屋的,乙方應(yīng)自租賃終止或轉(zhuǎn)租期滿之日起支付租金一倍的違約金。第七條其他特殊事項(xiàng)轉(zhuǎn)租房屋的稅費(fèi)由甲方負(fù)責(zé),水電費(fèi)由乙方自行承擔(dān)。乙方搬出時(shí),遺留的家具、雜物未搬走的,視為廢棄,可由甲方處理;乙方有擔(dān)保人的,與擔(dān)保人承擔(dān)連帶責(zé)任。如果一方在本合同轉(zhuǎn)租期屆滿前終止租賃,必須征得另一方的同意。第八條出租人應(yīng)當(dāng)同意轉(zhuǎn)租人將租賃房屋的一部分轉(zhuǎn)租給承租人。本合同一式四份,雙方各執(zhí)一份,共同擔(dān)保人執(zhí)一份。P>
